If he had taken some time to explain to LG why he needed drugs and alcohol to live then maybe I could have connected more with his character.
As Bradley Cooper‘s debut as a director, he does a stellar job allowing the supporting cast to shine. This 2018 version also has tighter pacing. Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. I cannot begin to explain the intensity and emotion I felt whilst watching this movie with my eyes glued to the screen. Telling the story in 135 minutes. Bradley Cooper wanted to do it, but even though the last remake starring Barbara Streisand was a legendary dud, the first two are pretty good.
