hey, Had is a drama film about a family in crisis due to the mother suffering from Alzheimer’s and the way each of them tackles it. It is a beautiful & touching movie about familial relationships with fabulous acting by all the 4 leads.
This movie is excellent! It awakened every emotion inside me. People laughed, cried, felt anger at the son, you name it. Very well-written and a must see. There wasn’t one upbeat scene in the whole movie.

As a family member who is experiencing this scenario with a parent and a very close aunt, I can say it is very representative of the feelings and maybe guilt family members experience about the decision to confine them in a facility. The fact is that they are happier among people with the same level of communication skills.
It was touching and heartfelt. I don’t have personal experience with dementia and Alzheimers but it was moving to see how it was portrayed on screen. The writer/director did a wonderful job and all the actors were phenomenal.
