The story is set as the world is beginning to grapple with an epidemic. In the middle of the plot is Parker as well as his friend Miri who choose to remain at a quarantine facility, away from the lake house that is owned by one of the couple’s family. In reality, they are best friends. Parker and Miri choose to stay in quarantine in a remote house in the wilderness, only to come across the glare of deadly killers of the aerial variety.

The film is full of tension as the best of pals Parker and Miri who are which are played by Gideon Adlon and Bethlehem Million respectively hearing the doorbell of their lake home. It is a single, isolated sound. After Parker seeks out who’s there at the entrance, his doorbell turns into an unsettling clatter. Parker is able to take a cutting board from Miri and then leaves but she is surprised to discover no one at the door. After she’s gone, however, we can witness a stranger approaching Miri from behind. The clip abruptly comes to a close.
