Through the course of the season, Ben will be jumping from one life to the next and fixing the mistakes. Also, in the background, is the mystery of how Ben made the decision to jump on his own and the best way to get him back whenever possible in order to not go on losing him forever. As Ben is thrown between life and death, and tries to fix what went wrong previously it is clear that he and his team are embarking on a thrilling adventure. But, Addison, Magic, Ian, and Jenn realize that if they want to unravel the mystery behind Ben’s leap and return him to his home it is imperative that they act quickly or risk losing the man for good.

The final episode ended with him returning to the present but not revealing whether he actually did the jump or not.
