The Herald has discovered it has been confirmed that Outlander: Blood of My Blood will begin filming in January The film crews will drop in the west of the city and Scotstoun region for filming.

The series will focus on the story of Jamie’s parents Ellen MacKenzie and Brian Fraser. Matthew B. Roberts, who is the show’s director and producer executive, said that the show’s plot will reveal the story of the extent to which a person could explore when seeking love at a time when it’s considered as a luxury item and marriage is mostly the result of economics and politics that is not based on the heart.
