Blood Relatives is advertised as being made by the creators of Scare Me and The Infinite. Josh Ruben, who wrote and directed and also was the lead actor in the original film movie, is seen in the trailer as a Renfield-like character. Blood Relatives release on Shudder 22 November 2022.
