The film follows Eddie Garrick (Ludacris), an honest person who’s turned away from Christmas after a devastating incident in his childhood. In response to the wishes of his wife who is estranged Allison Garrick (Parris), Eddie has his nine-year-old daughter Charlotte (Validum) to the mall with him on Christmas Eve.
