Music executive Amelia attends a music festival in the Outer Banks to beat out the other competitors for a new group and finds out that the band is headed by Will who was her summer romance. In the course of the next week, as Amelia is trying to persuade Will that her business is the right option for his musical ideas however, she is aware that there may be an issue of interest in her feelings for her boyfriend.

Amelia (Holland Roden) has one festival that will help her dream come real. Making Waves Premieres Saturday, August 5 at 8/7c. The film was written and directed by Terry Ingram and written by Kate Schriver and Laura Streicher.

Making Waves Plot:

A music label’s executive goes to a music festival in the Outer Banks to check out the band that is not known to be. Problems begin to arise when she learns that the band is headed by her former sweetheart.
