Talking to Raymond Arroyo on EWTN’s The World Over on Thursday night, about his upcoming project, which he is working on with director Mel Gibson, who also is a part of the film. Henrie stated that it’s his struggle against evil that drives him to keep going. Inspiring young heart and minds is the thing that attracts Henrie to create films like Monster Summer. As the father of three, Henrie sees a desire for films that he can watch with his children.
Henrie said that the film is a modern fairy tale which employs monsters to represent fears that are deep and inspire youngsters to conquer them. The film is produced by John Blanford, Dan McDonough, Mark Fasano and James Henrie.
