The film is produced by Annapurna Pictures and Orion Pictures, Jerrod Carmichael makes his directorial debut, and is starring as a lead actor in On the Count of Three, a darkly humorous feature about two of their best buddies, Val (Carmichael) and Kevin (Christopher Abbott) and their final date of their lives. On the Count of Three is scheduled to release on the 3rd of May in 2022.
