“Pachinko” topped eight other finalists in the race for The Best Foreign Language Drama award at the ceremony. It is the second time in a row that a Korean drama has taken home the award in this category. In addition, Pachinko beat out another K-drama with the same budget, Extraordinary Lawyer Woo.
