What is the Skymed About:
The show will focus on what happens in the lives of on-duty and private of air ambulance nurses and pilots in remote areas located in the northern part of Canada.
The heartbreaks, triumphs as well as high-end medical interventions, and the turbulences of individuals who rely on each other for survival at 22,000 feet will be shown. Skymind’s production is through Piazza Entertainment. Puckin is the executive producer together with Vanessa Piazza, Ron Murphy, and Gillian Hormel.
The show was created by Julie Puckrin ( Nurses, Killjoys ) Skymed revolves around the drama, death, and life at the altitude of 20,000 feet. The show combines thrilling character journeys as well as high-risk medical rescues as we explore the joys, sorrows, and struggles of young pilots and nurses who fly air ambulances in the remote north of Canada.
They’re completely in their heads and all on their own and have no one to rely on other than one another.
