In order to increase the amount of comedy, Netflix has partnered with A24 and comedian Michelle Buteau to develop and introduce a brand new comedy series named Survival of the Thickest. Sanchez-Writzel has been involved in projects such as My Name Is Earl, New Girl, Love Bites, and many others. As we said the show will draw inspiration from Buteau’s autobiography composed of essays that bear the same title.
