M. Night Shyamalan, his career has been awash of disappointments in the last 20 years, with only a couple of exceptions such as The Visit and Split, appears to be preparing for another one of his films that has been disappointing. That’s at least what the distributor of his film believes. The first results from screenings for test screenings few months ago were not very satisfactory too. When you add all these factors together, don’t be expecting much from Trap. It’s not a good idea to set expectations that are too high for every Shyamalan film.
