Wrexham AFC was formed in 1864, making it one of the oldest football clubs. However, it has been struggling for a long time within the country’s lower divisions. They are currently in the National League, which is the fifth division of the country which they have been playing for the last 13 seasons. When Reynolds and McElhenney took over the club, they climbed into the top of the league. In addition, they were the only team in the National League to reach the fourth round of the FA Cup.
