Regus Patoff (Waltz) is employed as a consultant to help develop business plans for CompWare the company that creates games. When he gets his position, employees have to face new requirements and issues. The story begins with CompWare, a game-development company, employing Regus Patoff to be a consultant. In the midst of Patoff’s ridiculous demands and strict discipline, employees begin to question their lives.

In the film’s trailer, Waltz’s character said to be the “sociopath,” greets the employees with a hug and then proceeds to sniff every single individual.
