The characters are engaging and the story, for the most part, are excellent. Finished streaming five seasons of Brokenwood Mysteries on Acorn. Googled it and discovered they’re just beginning to film Season 8. It’s quirky and campy but works. If you want some really good TV viewing look for shows made in Australia and New Zealand.
