Action, reasonable plots, sex, decent acting, and likable characters. The villains are worthy opponents, and the actors portraying them are usually quite good in the roles. Entire seasons dedicated to eliminating one villain. Meaning different missions within a season. Fewer mistakes made by supposedly, top-notch professionals, in order to move plots along, therefore dragging out the length of plots.
