It is a school with influence and power. But despite its academic successes, however, the basketball program was not very competitive until Emory Lawson as the athletic director did not manage to recruit Swagger players. In a matter of minutes, Cedar Cove’s basketball team is a top-of-the-line program, and it has caught the interest of Gladiator Sneakers’ Alonzo Powers.
